Headteacher’s Post 16th February 2018

February 16th

It’s been another busy week in school. We have continued our focus on the ‘Right to Learn’ and ‘Perseverance.’ Our wonderful pupils have persevered both inside and outside the classroom. Year 6 pupils didn’t let the rain stop them achieving during their cycling proficiency. Our cross country team took to the Elba to compete against schools from across Swansea. A superb effort! Our Year 5 netballers were a great example of perseverance during the cluster netball day and their attitude made us all proud.

Miss Horseman’s class assembly taught us all valuable lessons about the ‘Right to Learn’. The delivery, message and enjoyment achieved was fantastic! Diolch!

We have said goodbye to Mrs Melen this week as she begins her maternity leave. We all wish her a restful few weeks before the arrival of her little one. I have no doubt that Miss Morris and Mrs Mcdonnell will give their all for the children in her absence.

Finally I’d like to thank you all for your continued support during another half term and wish you a very happy and safe holiday. See you all on Tuesday February 27th! Diolch yn Fawr!
